Join us in a 60-minute hatha yoga class where we will link breath with movement all while working through various asanas (postures). This class has a strong focus on alignment principles that will provide stability in the muscles and joints as we move and progress through each yoga sequence. This practice is for all levels with offerings to adapt to how YOUR body feels at that given time.
